I’ve spent my career helping ideas come to life through branding, marketing, strategy, and product development. The name Pacha comes from my ancestral roots in Peru, where I learned about its Quechua meaning: the interconnectedness of all things. That idea — balance, community, and storytelling — is at the heart of how I work with client. My goal? To help you grow in a way that feels clear, intentional, and a little bit playful along the way.

Pacha Collective was born from a journey of reconnection to culture, to community, and to purpose. During my master’s program in Social Entrepreneurship & Change, I traveled abroad to explore how organizations create meaningful impact. That path led me to Peru, my ancestral home, where I experienced the beauty of the Sacred Valley, learned Quechua, and reconnected with my cultural roots for the very first time.
It was there that I was introduced to the concept of Pacha — a Quechua term that embodies interconnectedness, duality, and balance. I also witnessed the power of collectivism firsthand while volunteering with Awamaki, an organization that partners with women artisan cooperatives. From co-creating social media campaigns to supporting leadership workshops for artisans, I saw how business, storytelling, and community are deeply intertwined.
With years of experience in branding, marketing, product development, and strategy, I created Pacha Collective to bring that same spirit of connection and growth to small businesses. My goal is to help founders scale with clarity, tell their authentic story, and build communities around their vision.
